At the Culinary Carousel we have the Vision of educating and blowing your taste buds all in one go
After extensive travels along the globe learning and tasting authentic cuisine from a Old Granny in Phuket to a Tobacco Chewing Southern American Gentleman explaining the importance of bacon and secrets of biscuits.

I aim to Cater for you the Customer as much as I can season permitting ingredients and my capabilities as a Chef.
