The Battle 4.11

A First for South Africa CrossFit.

We are looking for the Most well rounded CrossFit Box in the Jukskei.

Each box may register unlimited amount of athletes to compete for their box in the Event.

All 4 workouts will be scored individually and boxes will accumulate points with their top 5 athletes in each workout.

This event is also unique because, it will be the first CrossFit event yet where male and female athletes compete in the same category.

This Event will place all the focus on the Boxes and Not the individual athletes.

The event will be structured for all levels of athletes.
