Hi there. My name is Sumaiya and I am a Registered Dietitian, abbreviated to RD. I may look younger than the average dietitian in private practice but I assure you that I will be able to assist you with any of your dietary needs.

My passion is encouraging and educating people about healthy choices. It is never too early or too late to make changes that will improve your long-term health. It is always the perfect time to make changes that can help avoid chronic and potentially debilitating diseases.
