I have 22 years experience in counselling.
My goal with therapy is to empower you towards living a meaningful life, growing towards your full potential. The basis of my practice is confidentiality and sound work ethics. I focus on the well-being of people and value their individuality, unique talents and special purpose. My approach in therapy is that everyone deserves to be valued, treated with respect, sincerity, honesty and growing towards self-actualisation.
