We offer a South African menu with contemporary feel. Housed in a
Sir Herbert Baker House whom was a British architect remembered as the dominant force in South African architecture for two decades and a major designer of some of most notable government structures.
The atmosphere is plush and elegant with antique “button back” and upright dining room chairs of the period. Chandeliers cast a warm glow and most appreciated is the spotless white table cloths and elegant table appointments. There are also Two Semi Private Rooms for that special occasion.
Highly recommended Appetizers and Entrées are inter alia the Waterblommetjie Soup, Spicy Asian Chicken Dumpling Broth, Lobster Bouillabaisse and the Ox Tongue with sweet baby onions.
A Well-Appointed wine list and vintage wines from the owner’s private collection compliment the whole experience.
