Share-List Property was founded in 2005 by Rob McInerney with the view to improving market efficiency by sharing.

We share both Properties and Property seekers with other brokers if we are not able to quickly meet our client’s requirements.

Share-List Property was initially established in order to create a more efficient Industrial and Commercial property market by assisting Commercial and Industrial Property Brokers to link buyers and sellers more effectively using a shared property list. It also allows property owners to access the shared resources of all member companies by ‘share-listing' properties. Prospective buyers or tenants can get a good overview of available properties with quick linking to the listing agent.
