health, balance and wellbeing. Our handmade
products are made following Ayurvedic principles, using only the most natural, people
& earth friendly, vegetarian and organic ingredients.

Shambhavi Wellness ~The therapeutic adaptation of asana (movement), pranayama (breathing), relaxation, meditation, sound and nutrition to bring about physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Yoga therapy can be used to manage a wide range of ailments such as high blood pressure, back pain, sciatica, rehabilitation after surgeries, coping with the effects of cancer treatments, treating depression or immune related illnesses.
In addition to Yoga, the use of an inversion table may bring relief for those suffering from sciatica, and disc or posture induced pain.
