#sexrightsafrica works for the transformation of socio-cultural, economic and structural barriers to SRHR. The Programme supports community-based and national NGOs to improve access to services, prevent gender-based violence, redress rights violations, shift mindsets and strengthen accountability. Our focus is on rural and marginalised populations.
By linking up with others engaged in effective HIV/AIDS and SRHR interventions,the Programme aims to make a measurable contribution to the exchange of knowledge and evidence for good practice on SRHR in southern Africa.
