Sea Point Pavilion 4.95

The Sea Point Pavilion is a world-class and uniquely Capetonian public space on Beach Road, Sea Point.

It is situated in close proximity to the popular public swimming pool and the active hub of the Promenade.

At the Pavilion you can enjoy a delicious ice cream or coffee from Gelato Icezeit; a pancake from Pancake Affaire; a steaming cone of fries from Chip & Dip and a pizza or drink from Slice Up Pizza. You can also rent a bicycle from Up Cycles and go for ride on the Prom.

There are shady benches and tables from where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Atlantic and soak up the Sea Point atmosphere.

The Pavilion has always been a popular place to spend a Cape Town evening, and was home to legendary Carousel and Sea Point Restaurant and the Hard Rock Cafe.

The local community, Friends of the Sea Point Pavilion and Sea Front For All fought hard to preserve the Pavilion in its current form, and everybody is still welcome to this special part of the Atlantic Seaboard.
