WATERPROOFING

Durbigum systems – this is commonly used for the waterproofing of flat decks, balconies, re roofs and new roofs. Its applied through heat fusion and has an excellent guarantee. Most of the waterproofing giants use this system.

Membraine systems – these systems are used for counter flashing parapet walls, cappings, roof screws and overlaps. They are applied with a four coat waterproofing system using either ABE super lacryl or ABE super laykold.

Negative tanking – this system is used to waterproof basements and closed sectional areas. This is commonly used in areas where buildings are built up against mountains or hill sides and prevents rising and penetrating damp.

ROOFING
Scott Weather Solutions replace and repair any type of roof. This includes IBR, Poly Carb, PVC, Zinc-a-lum and asbestos. Roof servicing is another option that is always offered to the client when possible as an additional option.
