Sure, we offer authentic Mexican recipes. And yes, we use traditional cooking methods. In fact, we traveled all the way to the West Coast of the USA to master them and bring them back to South Africa!

Naturally, we use only the freshest, quality ingredients, sourced from farms that meet our high ethical standards. All our meat is traditionally grown - 100% grass-fed beef and free-range chicken that is hormone and anti-biotic free.
