Relocated to King William's Town & worked at Dimbaza Foundries as a Pattern Maker till June 1996. Promoted to Patternshop Supervisor.
Apr 2004 - July 2006- Retrenched.
Worked from home - manufactured plugs for the fibreglass & concrete products industry, templates for the motor industry, upmarket home furniture, custom built wood strip canoes, built in cupboards, shop fittings & hardwood items for gift shop.
July 2006 -Dec 2011 employed Dimbaza Foundries /Scaw Metals as Patternshop Leading Hand. Dimbaza Foundries closed its doors & retrenched all workers in Dec 2011. I Have been self employed since.
Designed & built Ply Panel Kayaks, CNC carvings, home & garden furniture, built in cupboards and manufactured plugs for fibreglass industry.
