Refined Leadership Consulting is founded by Oliver Naidu. He is married to Lynette and they have two children, Victoria and Hugh. He completed the I CAN Maxwell Leadership Development, Coaching and Mentorship programme. His qualifications include a BSc Chemical Engineering (Natal University), BComm (UNISA), MBA (Potchefstroom) and Executive Development Programme ( Gibs). Oliver has over 23 years of corporate experience. He contributed at various senior leadership roles that include General Manager Operations, Managing Director Shared Services, Project Lead and Vice President, Group Strategy at one of the major South African global companies. He also lectures at Logos University. He enjoys family time, early morning gym, reading, cooking and playing the piano. His passion is to make a positive difference in the lives of leaders that will have generational impacts.
