The rental division handles the everyday affairs associated with the leasing of property; be it in the residential, commercial or industrial field, on behalf of investors or clients. The commercial and industrial property division handles property that ranges from major shopping centres to the proverbial ‘corner café’.
RE/MAX Independent is the biggest RE/MAX office in the Eastern Cape and its achievements include being the Top Single Office for the past seven years and Top Multiple Offices for the past five years. RE/MAX Eastern Cape has also received the Betterbond Regional Award for being the top office for the last five years. In June 2011, the company came first in Port Elizabeth in the ‘PMR Golden Arrow 2011’ awards and has received this award for the past six years.
Our office in Lorraine was established in 2003 and the Walmer office in 2007 and we have grown to 41 Sales Associates including 9 interns. Currently we have a proud annual turnover of R 236 million and growing.
