About our programs:

Naturally for you is focused on balancing your human growth hormone(the anti-aging hormone), serotonin (mood and food craving) and insulin levels (reversing pre-diabetes and diabetes). When these hormones are balanced, you will experience – rapid fat loss, normailsation of blood sugar, hypertension & cholesterol levels. The initial detoxification process takes approximately 5 to 10 days. The average weight loss is in a range of 4 to 8kg’s over a 5 week period for ladies and 7 to 12kg’s for the men.

Our clients experience regained energy levels, tightening of the skin (no flabby skin afterwards!), sugar and hunger cravings go away and all the ‘happy hormones’ are now in balance.

We only use foods that are readily available in your kitchen, which you can purchase from local shops.

Remember, anyone can lose weight, the important part is to maintain your weight! On the after care phase, we will teach you what you need to avoid and what to eat more of on your profile.
