Through Sports Massage Therapy, our main focus is on improving the performance of sporting athletes, maintaining and improving excellent health, and overall well being of all individuals – without the excuses.

We are a small company operating from Pinelands, Cape Town which effectively allows for a personalized service. Our sports massages are private, focused and inclusive to all ages and experience levels. Muscle Management concentrates on a deeper perspective than the physical, with the end goal of enhancing our client's athletic performance in mind.
