Luna Pilates is for everyone! Mat classes and private/duo sessions cater to athletes and Pilates enthusiasts as well as the elderly, injured, pregnant and those who are just curious beginners.

Mat classes incorporate a range of accessories and props - either to challenge or assist our clients in various ways.

We also offer Personal Training, which combines cardio, weight training, TRX and Pilates.

Ashleigh Nash has a BASI Pilates MTTC qualification. Ashleigh is also able to incorporate functional training within her private sessions, thereby encouraging a full body workout using weights, TRX bands and cardio equipment. So whether you are looking for a pure pilates workout or for fusion training with pilates as the foundation, Ashleigh is the right trainer for you!

Ashleigh worked as a producer in the commercial and TV industries until her love for her own pilates practice inspired her to further her Pilates education and become an instructor. She originally sought out Pilates due to scoliosis and referred knee pain. She stayed with it because in addition to solving her pain, Pilates made her feel strong and graceful. As an instructor, she loves to see the transformation in clients' bodies as they progress in their Pilates practice. Ashleigh likes to make each class challenging, but also encourages her clients to have fun, and to enjoy pilates and all of its benefits.
