The gym provides specialist training to future pro athletes as well as training to those who are simply fans of the sport, but do not wish to compete, as well as the weekend warrior who is just keen to train and learn a bit about the sport of boxing. We will also be offering self-defence and fitness classes. (Rate: @ 250 p/m or 50 per class - "pay as you go")

We promote and manage pro fighters - We have doors open to the EFC, Cape Fight League, Boxing South Africa as well as with a very exciting new organisation named Last Fighter Standing (LFS). We provide the training, coaching and managerial support.
