Klipriver Business Park 3.12

Klipriver Business Park is being developed by Basil Read. It is located on the R59 freeway south of Johannesburg in an established node now set for further growth. The Park will unlock growth on the R59 corridor, a pivotal spine between Johannesburg, Ekhurhuleni, Meyerton and the Vaal Triangle.

It is strategically positioned on the R59 and R550 interchange with a railway line adjacent to the development, running parallel to the R59 from Germiston through Meyerton to Vereeniging. The park has easy access to the N3 highway to Kwazulu Natal. Complimentary residential developments are within easy reach and include Blue Saddle Ranches, the Eye of Africa Lifestyle development and Basil Read’s soon to be commenced Savanna City Development which will provide 20,000 affordable housing units in a sustainable town. The Park is set to be in the next major growth node of Gauteng.
