I am a life coach, trained by Karen Pratt of Coaching Development and member of the International Coach Federation. My experience over the past decade includes a degree in Psychological Counselling from the University of South Africa, 6 years as a manager and trainer in the travel industry, courses in holistic healing and many hours spent coaching individuals through their personal development.

I offer affordable one on one sessions, either face to face in my office in Tokai or over Skype.
