Inkwazi Learning Network is a fully accredited training provider with the ETDP SETA and has been certificated as an ISO 9001 company by Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Colleen and Russell McDiarmid who own the business are originally from Pietermaritzburg, where Russell worked at Hulett Aluminium and Colleen was the Remedial Therapist at Pietermaritzburg Children's Homes. They have been based in Gauteng for the past 16 years and are now based in Howick, Kwazulu Natal.

Inkwazi Learning Network is a Provider of outcomes-based (OBE) Education and Training and related services including Assessment, external Moderation and Verification. All our courses are Unit Standard based and SETA approved. We have a competent and experienced team of professionals who are committed to education and training in South Africa. We provide quality products and services including Assessor, Moderator, Facilitator, Coach, Mentor, Design and Develop assessments and learning programmes and Skills Development Facilitator training.

We have a proven track record and a client base which includes Government Departments, SETAs, Professional Bodies, FET Colleges, Municipalities, Corporate organisations and medium and small businesses.

Remedial Education is an area of special interest and focus for Inkwazi Learning Network. Colleen provides Remedial education with tailor made solutions to meet specific learner needs. Over the past 25 years she has built up considerable experience in assisting children overcome learning difficulties and with problems such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Tourettes and Aspergers syndromes. Each child is assessed to determine their specific needs and an individual programme is developed. Building of self confidence and encouraging children to read are key success factors in addressing learning problems and special needs.

Soaring to Successs our Motto and to illustrate this we have chosen the African Fish Eagle as our logo. In African legend it is known as the "Lightning Bird" as it is able to swoop down on the water, catch a fish with its claws and then soar into the sky without checking its flight.
