Gyrofitkids a dynamic exercise programme that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training packed with fun and energising training methods designed to help kids reach their fitness and lifestyle goals, whether it is to improve your sporting performance, get into shape, improve posture or just have more energy!

Gyroboard:

Gyrofit workout make use of the latest technology equipment like the Gyroboard that is the world’s first in stability training. Gyrofit is the only place where you will be able to train on this equipment that will enhance your core stability, joint stability and strength (this will lead to improved posture). Gyrofit will improve your agility and speed and give you a great feeling of achievement!

TRX training:

The TRX Suspension Trainer, developed by Navy SEALS, takes advantage of gravity and your bodyweight to challenge every muscle, especially your core.

Integrated exercises engage intensive, interconnected movements, often multiplanar, which require coordinated efforts.
This type of exercise will enhance the nervous system’s ability to effectively coordinate movement at higher levels and build strong motor patterns, increase stabilization and functional muscle mass. The core is challenged in every exercise – the core is more than your abs! The core includes pelvis, abs, back and chest muscles. It is the core that improves your body stability, balance and flexibility.
