Guerrilla Long Table 1.71

The Guerrilla Long Table are two committed individuals that host long table dinners at selected venues.

The aim is to introduce to those who are invited, the philosophies and methods of brewing, farming, winemaking and other related areas, while partaking of a set menu meal incorporating organic or otherwise naturally produced or sourced ingredients.

The areas we aim to introduce include permaculture, organic farming, natural winemaking, and craft brewing - broadly all practices and disciplines which advocate a more intimate relationship with natural processes.

The idea to be conveyed here is that these practices do not only make ethical sense, but frequently are aesthetically as commendable (if not more so) than many others, by virtue of the resulting products being, simply, better.
