GEBS controls its security officers by:
Regular visit by supervisors who are in turn controlled by equipment that allows management to monitor their vehicle movements.
Communication via two-way radio to assist our guards when they require a back up as well as on site training.
Continuous monitoring by management to ensure that supervisors execute their tasks correctly.
Regular written feedback from our clients on a monthly basis is used to evaluate our performance.
GEBS conducts security surveys to review contingency planning to assist in establishing security personnel equipment required, the installation/upgrade of security system and infrastructure. This is does with a close consultation with the client.
GEBS has a 24/7 back up facility that responds to any eventualities on site. Each area has a satellite station where response equipment is installed to ensure that our minimum 2 minutes response time is always maintained.
