What is a gatsby?
A gatsby is a giant sandwich made of a roll filled with French fries and topings of choice. Originated in Cape Town, the gatsby was invented by a fish and chips place owner who had a team to feed but had ran out of fish. He just grabbed a bunch of fries and stuffed them into a huge bun, put some sauces and the gatsby was born.

At Gatsville we added a little bit of our own creativity to it and made it a bit compact and added a few tickles for your taste buds
