I lived with severe pain but not being able to move and play with my children was not an option, Aquacising daily built me up to the point where now I conquer ANY challenge my body encounters..(well at least I try!! :-). It has definitely helped me reach my goals of Black belts in Karate and keeps me going in the pursuit of a full funfilled fit life!
