FlySafair Community Guidelines

WELCOME

Welcome to the FlySafair Facebook Fan Page. Here we invite you to engage with us about your experiences with our airline and to keep informed about various offers and promotions that we might be running. To keep this page fair and clean, we have a set of community guidelines that we ask fans to please adhere to when engaging with us.

PROTECTING OUR COMMUNITY

We request that fans not make any posts or comments that are:

-Abusive, defamatory, or obscene
-Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
-In violation of the intellectual property rights of another person
-In violation of any law or regulation
-Otherwise offensive to the community.

Please note that any posts deemed to be in violation of the above will be removed by the community manager. This decision is at the discretion of the community manager.

SOLICITATION

Any posts that are shared on our Facebook page for the purposes of promoting any individual, business or charitable cause not sanctioned by Safair will be removed.

PROTECTING OUR STAFF

Please note that our staff, and those of the companies we partner with, work hard to provide world-class service to all our passengers. While FlySafair takes any claim of poor service very seriously, we do not condone public accusations or humiliation of any of our individual staff. Any issues relating to staff or service must please be directed in writing to our help desk at help@flySafair.co.za. Any post naming or featuring one of our staff members, without their consent, will be removed from our page without notice.
