FitQueens is a free fun outdoor workout group for ladies on the beautiful estate off Ebotse. During a walk we will do interval, cardio and resistance training exercises. So you can strengthen your body & feel energized while socializing & having fun.


For Whom: All women (also for pregnant and
back in shape after pregnancy)

When: Every Monday and every other
week on Thursday or Saturday
(No class during public holidays)

Where: Meet at clubhouse entrance of the
Ebotse Golf and Country Estate

What to Wear: Suitable outdoor sportswear

What to Bring: Water or sports drink
