Our goal is to provide a smarter way to train and make it user-friendly for all, the gym-junkie, the athlete, the pro, and even the not-so-pro. But most off all it is for everyone that is up for making a lifelong change towards their own wellbeing.

What we do
We provide a fun outdoor training facility combined with multifunctional training and obstacles track for the individuals that want a different exercise experience.
Furthermore, we aim to get people out of their rat race and over-stimulated multimedia environment into natural surroundings in order to feel human again, with fun and fitness out in the open.
The focus of Fitness Adventure is to provide a natural, relaxing environment were you can train on the level of your own strength and ability.
Multifunctional fitness training in combination with an obstacle track training method provides ideal exercises that use different muscle groups to improve endurance, overall strength, coordination, balance, posture and suppleness. This will ensure you get a challenging, effective and fun full-body workout, as well as getting you toned, fit and lean.

The facility
The facility provides a combination of multifunctional- and obstacle track training, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), weight and body-weight training, and normal ‘boot camp’-style training. Personal training and weight-loss packages are available. Add lots of outdoor, fresh air and open skies and you have a recipe for fun and fitness!

Parking, ablution and picnic facilities are available.

Children are welcome by pre-arrangement, and if they stay under constant parental supervision and do not obstruct the course participants.

Operations at the facility
As space is limited and is divided into sessions, pre-booking is encouraged, with special packages for pairs and groups.
We host fitness events on some weekends.
