Elite Fitness has compiled a comprehensive Program, combining Cardiovascular, Weight, Speed and Power Training.
The Program has been derived through the intricate Study of Movement as well as the perfection of various Techniques; resulting in Optimal Strength and Speed Gain, rapid Weight Loss and overall increased Fitness and well-being.
This Program offers a Full Body Workout for everyone!! Whether you are a Beginner or an avid Fitness Fanatic; you will be challenged by the Session.
TRAINING OFFERED:
The Sessions are based on three types of Training.
• Functional training
• Boot Camp
• Strength and Conditioning (Gym Training)
These three Elements of Exercise are combined to provide Clients with a variety of Fitness Forms and assorted Skills to increase their general Fitness; as well as building Stronger, Healthier Bodies. These Elements combined cover a variety of Components; such as Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Endurance, Mental Focus and a Decrease in Fat Stores.
FITNESS LEVELS:
This Program runs weekdays and is open to Anyone and Everyone, spanning across Fitness Levels. We have devised a Simple yet Effective Grading Scale, which accommodates Beginners and Advanced Clients in the same Session, and offers Level Appropriate Workouts for all Levels. Private group bookings can be made during the week or over weekends depending on availability of the gym.

The gym is indoors and includes equipment such as dumbells and barbells, free weights, bench, rowing machine, punching bags, rocket bags, kettle bells, squat racks, pull up bars, climbing ropes, tyres, etc and a very wide range of Nutritional Supplements to help you become the Elite athlete you’ve always dreamed of becoming. There is also a big area for parking inside the property and a large outdoor training area for those hot summer nights.
Because the gym is such a friendly environment, we will have many interactive events such as trail runs, night races, inter gym challenges, braais, etc.
THE TRAINERS:
The head trainer is HFPA qualified personal trainer Russell Patrick van Gool, and he is closely assisted by his colleague and co-owner of MVG Fitness cc, Jason McElnea and owner of Cage Rage MMA apparel, Ramόn Collins. Together, the 3 trainers’ combined experience in their respective fields promises for Fitness boundaries to be crossed.
