I am a Narrative Therapist with a passion for serving the vulnerable. With 10 years experience in the NGO field, I have offered group therapy for HIV-affected and orphaned children and helped children cope with their grief through memory boxes and hero books. I have also worked extensively in the area of Psychosocial Support, training community volunteers to work with especially vulnerable children.

Over the last 8 years in private practice, I have focused on connecting with children and their families to help with difficulties at school, with behavior and with adjusting to new and unfamiliar circumstances. Through play therapy, children are able to build emotional literacy and manage strong emotions like anger and anxiety more effectively. My primary goal when working with children, teenagers and adults is to build resilience, ultimately allowing them to re-author their life stories.
