Culinary Creations by Chef Claire is a Personal Chef Service catering for holiday makers who are enjoying their stay in beautiful, sunny Plettenberg Bay and surrounding areas.

I am a qualified chef who caters for a diversity of culinary needs from family meals to 5 course elegant dinners specializing in creating the perfect meal for any occasion.

Growing up in a big family was always the inspiration behind my passion for cooking. From a very young age I watched my mom and older sisters cook and bake and perhaps because I got to lick out the chocolate cake bowl I liked it more.
When I was old enough to use the appliances I began cooking on my own. Trying new recipes was always something that I liked to do and my family was very supportive when tasting my new creations whether they were a success or not.

Becoming a Chef was always a dream of mine which after many years became a reality and thanks to the ongoing support of my Dad I was able to go to Culinary school as an adult student.
After moving to Plettenberg Bay and qualifying as a Chef and Pastry Chef I decided to stay in this beautiful town and pursue my dreams here.

I strive to put my expertise and experience into every meal that I create and provide a Professional Personal Chef Service that makes each meal a delight.
