My name is Jen and the past 5 years have been quite a journey for me. I faced many difficult situations like most of you; loss, addiction, trauma, emotional abuse, straight through to divorce and real bad anxiety. To top it all I weighed in at 108,9 in March 2014. Needles to say my health got really bad as it always took a back seat on my to-do list. Being a single mother of 2 and a business owner, didn’t leave much time for myself and with the anxiety, every opportunity I got, I chose to rather hide. I stopped existing! The past 2 years I have been going through many great changes. I got rid of everything in my life that didn’t benefit me; including 28Kg (in counting!) and started taking care of myself.

The 2 things that had a major impact in my life was BodyTalk and Master Cleanse. It was life changing, and today I am a new person. I don’t think healing and self empowerment is a journey that ever ends, and this is fantastic as it enables us to grow. I have also come to realize my life purpose is to help people; not enable them. The truth is, you are the only one that can help yourself to heal, and the only way how is to make a decision! You need to choose to be healthy and choose to be happy!
