Thank you for your interest in Chateau Neuf du Cap. We assure you that your stay here will be very different to most of the other options that you might look at - because it is very private - here you are the only guests. The location is a haven - very scenic, peaceful and relaxing. The appartment is fully furnished - including full kitchen, dishwasher, Hi-Fi, large 42'' flatscreen TV with satellite television (DSTV), washing machine, dryer. It is also a LARGE appartment - our guests are always pleasantly surprised by the amount of space.

The appartment consists of:
- Main room with King size bed, lounge area and TV - with large double doors opening out onto beautiful view.
- Separate bedroom with King size bed - and outside door to patio.
- Large kitchen & Dining area.
- 1 Full bathroom (Bath, Shower, basin, toilet)
- 2nd bathroom (Shower, basin, toiler)
- Outside courtyard for al-fresco dining and barbeque area
- Double garage with electric door.

The house, which is newly built in the Provence style, has just the one exclusive appartment for discerning guests, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains all the way down to the waters of Hout Bay and the world-renowned Chapman's Peak Drive.

Chateau Neuf du Cap is quite accessible. We are walking distance to one of the stops of the very popular and enjoyable "Hop-on, Hop-off City Sightseeing Cape Town Red Bus". Once on board - it takes you on a beautiful scenic tour all along the coastal road to Cape Town - and back via botanical gardens and winelands.

We are only a 20-minute drive to the centre of Cape Town, the "front" of Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront, either through the mountain forests or along the spectacular ocean road overlooking the sparkling waters of the Atlantic. We are 30 minutes drive from the airport - and have directions coming from the airport available which we send once a reservation is made.

We are close to many other amenities and attractions of this beautiful part of the world. Hout Bay harbor features fishing charters, whale watching (in season) and trips to Seal Island just outside the bay under the scenic Sentinel mountain peak. There is even opportunity to dive with seals for adventurous people. The World of Birds, Africa's largest bird park, is just down the road, and it's a 15-minute drive to the world-famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
