For his entire lifetime, baking has been his preoccupation and profession, to pit it mildly. It is the vast experience, technique, know-how and tactics that elevated his prestige as a baker of choice amongst clients of his previous employer.

The objective of the business is to take traditional taste of bakery to those who are not able to access up market cakes due to either price listing or distance.
