Our Production manager & Blockmen have accumulated invaluable experience and knowledge from around the world and select only the best quality meats to supply our clients.
Our specialities include…….Duck, rabbit, guinea fowl and free range chicken. Selected meats in our own marinade. In house production includes, matured & dry aged beef, Tomahawk Steaks, Deboned chicken, sausages, worse, beef patties & pork sausages.

Our homemade Biltong is done in various flavours and to suit all tastes…..you will not get better Biltong!
We currently supply Circus Circus, Mug & Bean and Barrio to name a few. All bulk & private orders to the value of R500.00 will be delivered in our refrigerated vehicles. We gladly assist all walk in’s.
