What is Ataraxia?
It is a life coaching practice based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. We all want to have a good life, it is just our ideas of what a good life entails that differ. At the end of the day, much of our lives are consumed but what career path we are on, so let's take that to a new level of excitement.

Liesl Saayman, a certified PRO life coach, is applying her degree in Psychology, her experience as life coach and her years of dealing with business's and is now working with business owners and managers to create a successful working environment, changing perspectives and bottom lines in order to create a good life for all involved.
