2. Estimating and Cost Planning. Key services provided include:
- Preparation of preliminary elemental estimates based on preliminary design
- Preparation of detailed estimates and cost planning advice through design development
- Estimating of Building Services
- Participation and leadership in the value management process
- Comparative cost studies and advice on cost effective design solutions
- Advice on materials selection and general buildability advice
- Advice on selection of tenderers
- Attendance at design meetings and construction cost control meetings

3. Tender Documentation. These services primarily comprise the following areas:
- Preparation of Bills/Schedule of Quantities or Schedule of Rates.
- Preparation of bid documentation for tendering Contractors.
- Strategic advice of method of project procurement and tendering.
- Pre-qualification of contractors for bidding
- Review of tenders received, reconciliation to budget and recommendation of contractor selection and appointment.
- Attendance at tender interviews.
Preparation of contract documents and draft letters of award.
4. Post-Contract Services.Following the award of construction contracts, we provide post-contract or construction stage services over the construction delivery period of the project which comprise as follows:
- Progress payment recommendations for work carried out on site and materials on site.
- Valuation and measurement of variations instructed under the construction contract.
- Negotiation and agreement of variations with contractors.
- Preparation of regular financial statements for the project, taking into account committed and anticipated variations.
- Preparation of construction cost cashflow projections.
