A real estate agent or broker is a person who acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real property and attempts to find the sellers who wish to sell their products or vice versa. A real estate broker typically receives a payment called a commission for successfully matching a seller’s real estate with a buyer such that a sale can be made. This commission can be devided up with other participating brokers or agents when applicable. In Vietnam, real estate broker or so called “Moi gioi nha dat” assist sellers in marketing their property and selling it for possible fixed price given or highest market price.
