An IGLOBE Ally (member) is a supporter and advocate of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender employees at Intel and their community.

Some allies identify as LGBT, but many allies identify as heterosexual.

Being an ally can mean everything from supporting and accepting LGBT co-workers and friends to taking and active role in IGLOBE at Intel by participating in events and meetings.

IGLOBE allies at Intel understand the importance of mutual respect, fairness and equality in the workplace and help foster an environment of inclusiveness and acceptance.

IGLOBE Vietnam is a member of IGLOBE Global at Intel Cooperation.
