What if I have special health considerations?
Please complete the consultation questionnaire and notify us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, other physical ailments, of if you have allergies i.e. nuts of seafood’s. If you have any concerns regarding your health of body please let us know.

When should I arrive for my treatment?
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment time, This will allow you to select your favorite oil, slip into a robe, and relax. Guests arriving past the time of treatment may have their treatment time reduced, however the full price will be charged.

What about my valuables?
We recommend that jewellery and valuables be left in your room. The Spa will not assume responsibility for any loss of personal items.

What should I wear?
This is your time in the spa and you should delight in it as much as possible whether the room is too hot, the music too loud, the lights too bright of the pressure of the massage uncomfortable....just let us know.

Should Men shave before e the facial?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours in advance.

What if I need to cancel my treatments?
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule.

Because your spa appointments are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 03 hours notice so someone else may visit us.

For your convenience

If you have enjoyed a massage we suggest you leave the oils on your fully absorbs the oils properties.
Please remember to drink fluids, especially water during and after your time at my Spa.
We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during of immediately after your spa treatments.
Spa Etiquette

The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, please understand and respect the quiet and privacy needs of other spa guests by keeping your voice low and turning off your mobile phone. If you are carrying one.
