Or as we often say "Banh-Mee xin chào!"

We started with the simple idea of creating a banhmi brand that is kinder to everybody and gives back. So we looked to the past for inspiration and decided to keep things simple, sustainable, and of course beautiful enough.

Banh Mi has been famous for decades, so when we started with the ideas of making banh mi not in the way it used to be, but in a mordern way, we realized it would be such a long & hard way ahead. In the thinking of many people, banh mi is fast food which is consistent with the hurried life and and served at sidewalk shops that could be found anywhere in both Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh city. Each shop has its own style. Banh-Mee appears to be much different, a small tuck shop, where people can come, sit down and slowly enjoy a banh mi to start a new day or just to share freshness, love, and good food. At Banh-Mee, sharing is a big deal.

We feel that sustainability and giving back is important.

We wanted to start a new Banh mi concept & tribute to the country where it was born.
