Since 1991, Dr. Hy Zamft has helped secondary students in the New York metropolitan area prepare and significantly improve their standardized test scores through one-on-one tutoring. He holds a Ph.D. in Education Administration and Supervision from Fordham University. I’m also a certified New York City/State secondary school teacher and the founder and administrator of In-Service Education Institute of New York, Inc.

With extensive experience working with students who are high achievers as well as students who learn differently, Dr. Zamft is deeply committed to meeting the needs of each individual student to help them actualize their full testing potential.
