Yoga NoMa is community oriented at its core. Our doors are open to new and seasoned practitioners alike. Though styles and intensity levels of classes will vary, Yoga NoMa classes are geared to consciously connect breath with movement, transforming the physical body practice into something sweet and special: a mind-body practice that helps our community relax, refresh, and reconnect.

We are an experienced group of talented, dedicated practitioners. Yoga NoMa teachers pledge to maintain their own practice so that they can, with integrity, best serve our students.
