Yoga Nirvana is located at Rural Road and Broadway in Tempe, AZ, near ASU and Tempe Marketplace. There are lots of great cafes and coffee shops nearby, along with a Whole Foods and Sunflower Market.
We're committed to embracing our community to form partnerships that benefit local businesses and allow us to offer our students benefits that reach beyond the walls of our studio.
We know how to have a good time. We know what we're doing, but we don't need to take ourselves too seriously. Some days, you just have to turn up the stereo. But overall, and perhaps most importantly, the atmosphere here at Yoga Nirvana supports learning and community building.
In a typical week at Nirvana, you could take Vinyasa Flow, Astanga, Kundalini, Yin, AND, Meditation. We host frequent workshops and clinics to strengthen and deepen your asana practice, your creativity, and your spirit as a whole.
We make yoga affordable for all. College students and folks who've lost a job get an extra break. Our packages are the best deal in town, especially when you consider our diverse class offerings and well qualified, passionate instructors.
Come see us for a class, or meet the kula (family/community) first at one of our regular social events. 3rd Thursdays we meet up at LaBocca on Mill Ave for free appetizers and happy hour entree deals. Final Fridays are movie night at yoga Nirvana. Think big screen, lots of bolsters and blankets, and all your yogi friends and you piled around the studio floor for a movie with a positive message (Bagger Vance, Pay It Forward, Enlighten Up, etc).
