John Schollmeier, the owner of Winona Home Inspections has been serving home buyers and sellers for more than 21 years in the Winona area. He brings his experience as an HVAC specialist and institutional boiler technician to every home he evaluates.
Paul Schollmeier is a retired science teacher recently retrained as a building analyst through the Building Performance Institute, (BPI) as well as training through the Midwest Universities Radon Consortium (MURC). He is a nationally certified radon technician listed with the Minnesota Department of Health and the National Radon Proficiency Program, (NRPP).

We’ll work for you whether you’re buying a home for the first time and need a thorough inspection, selling your home, building a new home and want to understand how your homes’ design will use energy, or wanting to understand some of the deficiencies in your current home.
