Wholesome Living is a local family owned business. We opened in 2008 to fill a niche that Bedford was missing. As a massage therapist for over 15 years, Alicia saw this as a natural progression to her occupation.
Wholesome Living is a full natural/organic grocery. We also have a large selection of top quality herbs, vitamins, and supplements. We are proud of the companies that we choose to stock our shelves; we often choose smaller family/individual owned companies with high standards to offer our customers.
We also have a great selection of health and beauty items, natural household cleaning items, and a large selection of pet food - we choose the best quality companies for your pets too!
We love seeing our customers striving to take care of themselves, their pets, and their local community by shopping local at our store. We carry as many local products as we can that meet our high standards of earth and animal stewardship. We currently source the following local goods: meats (beef, lamb, pork), eggs, raw milk and raw milk cheeses, honey, maple syrup, produce, and soaps.
