After 12 years of developing the ultimate mountain bike event weekend and priming the bar taps on Whiskey Row, Epic Rides, the City of Prescott and the Prescott National Forest cooperatively host an annual 3 day celebration during the final weekend of April each year.

Whether you’re riding for the custom finisher’s pint glass, podium finisher’s flask or the $30,000 cash purse (a rare equal payout to pro male/female categories), Epic Rides cordially invites all interested parties to Prescott, AZ during spring 2016.

While riding the Whiskey course, mountain bikers of all skill levels will enjoy a brief stay and steep climb on the pavement while making their way out to the endless single-track offerings located in Prescott National Forest. Once in the forest, participants will experience technical fast single track, smooth fire roads, quality climbing and vistas that will leave them speechless.

Participants plus spectators, friends, family, music fans and random wanderers will enjoy three days of event activities in Prescott's picturesque downtown area. In addition to the mountain bike 'happenings', event attendees will have 3 awesome days of opportunity to soak up mountain bike culture amongst downtown Prescott's fine establishments including a large assortment of locally owned and operated bars, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, flowing streams, elm tree canopies and a sprawling courthouse lawn.

Event related ingredients making up the "Event Hub" consist of the Whiskey start/finsh line, a well appointed vendor and tech expo, side shows, kids fun ride, live music and a one of a kind opportunity to be submerged in the mountain bike industry's vibe while enjoying a cool mountain evening in good company - bring a chair, steady vibes and good friends, then relax on the lawn as the bands belt out tunes, the podiums are announced and the sun sets on Prescott's historic (and sometimes infamous) Whiskey Row.

Fundraising activities associated with the Whiskey Off-Road are to benefit the Yavapai County Food Bank, Prescott, Prevent Child Abuse Arizona and Prescott Mountain Bike Alliance.

The Whiskey Off-Road is ridden in Memory of Mike Janelle.
