The Waynesboro First Aid Crew is a combination career/volunteer VAVRS District 1 EMS agency providing rescue services; as well as basic and advanced life support to the city of Waynesboro and the surrounding Eastern portion of Augusta County, as well as portions of I-64, the Skyline Drive, and The Blue Ridge Parkway. We currently average over 5000 calls a year and are staffed 24/7.
