Warwick Seattle Hotel has 227 rooms and 4 suites. We have five categories of rooms, Classic, Deluxe, Executive, Executive Deluxe Skyline, and Executive Deluxe Space Needle. Our Executive Rooms are freshly renovated and include views of either Downtown Seattle or the Space Needle. Deluxe rooms also have guaranteed views of Seattle or the Space Needle.

We are one of the few downtown hotels to offer a pool and whirlpool, which is open from 5am to midnight. We also have a 24-hour fitness center and sauna.

Warwick Seattle Hotel is home to Margaux. Executive Chef Chris Zarkades offers Northwest cuisines with a French accent. We have one of the best happy hours in town with drink and appetizer specials.
